Topsides Conference

I joined Innes Auchterlonie, MD of IMRANDD, on stage at the Topsides 2017 Conference this year. We spoke about 26 productivity improvement case studies from the mining industry that all focused on staff performance and process rather than technology and investment. Currently the UKs Oil and Gas industry is more focused on engineering innovation than organisation performance and we both think that needs to change.
